I found the CableMod site really easy to use. Picking out the cables and colors was straightforward, and I didn’t have to click around forever to figure things out. The product pages explained enough without feeling cluttered, and checkout was quick too. I had everything sorted in just a few minutes, which was nicer than some other sites where...

It took me a while to get through everything, mostly because I kept having to verify myself over and over. I get that security is important, but it got annoying after the second or third time. The process wasn’t terrible, just more time-consuming than I expected.

I picked up a set of CableMod cables for my PC build, I think around the time I was finishing the case setup… or maybe right before, it all kind of blends together. Either way, once I got them in, I was impressed. The sleeving looks really clean and they feel solid, not cheap or overly stiff. They plugged in fine without any issues, though I did have to mess with the bends a bit to get them sitting the way I wanted, but that’s normal with custom cables. Overall I’m happy with them, just knocking off a star because the price feels a little on the high side.

I ordered a few cables from cablemod.com and they arrived a lot quicker than I was expecting. I’m sure the tracking updated the whole way without any weird delays or anything. i don’t really have much to complain about, everything showed up fine and the shipping speed was great.

They did help me out in the end, so I appreciate that... but the warranty process was kind of slow. Not a terrible experience, just wish it had moved a bit faster.

I ordered these cables based on the measurements from my case, but the final lengths just didn’t feel that accurate. A couple of them were shorter than I expected, so trying to route them cleanly was kind of a pain. I mean, the cables do look fine, and maybe I measured something wrong too, but for the price I really expected the sizing to be closer. It’s not terrible or anything, just… I was hoping for better

I liked using cablemod because there are tons of ways to customize things, which is awesome if you’re picky about your setup like I am. You can choose colors, cable lengths, styles, different combos, little details, and all that stuff, so it’s nice if you’re trying to match a black-and-white build, a full RGB setup, a red theme, or even just something cleaner than the stock cables. That said, the site was kind of confusing in a few spots. I found myself going back and checking the length, then the color, then the connector, then the cart, then back again because I wasn’t totally sure I picked the right thing. Also, the price can climb fast once you start adding extras, custom options, more cables, different colors, and so on. Overall it’s not bad at all, and I’m glad the options are there, but the whole ordering process could definitely be a bit simpler.

I ordered some custom cables from cablemod and everything showed up exactly how I picked it out. The colors, lengths, combs, all of it was correct (which was a relief). Nothing was missing and there weren’t any weird wrong parts in the box. I was a little nervous I’d mess up the order details somehow, so I’m happy with how smoothly it all turned out

I’ll admit I’m picky about certain details, and the first thing I noticed was the color. Everything else seemed fine at a glance, but the colors looked a bit off to me compared to what I expected.

Overall, the stuff here is really good, and I can see why people keep buying it. The only downside is the cable I wanted was out of stock again, so I’m guessing I’m not the only one trying to get it. Hoping they restock soon because I’d definitely still come back for it.

I wasn’t totally sure if these would fit my setup, but CableMod actually had my exact power supply listed, which made me feel a lot better before ordering. The cables showed up, I swapped them in after dinner while my cat kept attacking the twist ties, and everything fit just right. PC started up on the first try with no weird issues. Happy with it.

Got the cable and the connector fit perfectly right away. No forcing it in, no weird looseness, just clicked in easily and felt solid. bad-fitting connectors are such a preventable annoyance, so I was glad this one worked like it should. Happy with it and I’d buy another if I needed one.

I ordered these for my build and they showed up totally fine. The colors were exactly right, no question, and the packaging was decent enough. My only real issue is the flexibility. They do bend, sure, but absolutely not as easily as I was expecting, especially near the GPU side. I had to mess with them for a while to get everything looking clean. They’re not bad cables by any means, but for the price, I was 100% expecting them to feel softer and easier to route...

I was expecting to sit around waiting forever like usual, but the delivery showed up right on time. No issues, no annoying delays, just got what I needed without the hassle.

They got back to me quickly and did sort out my issue, which I appreciated. Still, after the hassle, I was expecting an apology or at least some acknowledgment of the inconvenience.

For my setup, the colors were spot on and matched the rest of my build perfectly. I’m picky about small color differences, so I was really happy with how well it fit in.

I’ve ordered from them twice now, and both times it was smooth, like nothing weird happened or anything. It felt safe the whole way through, which is nice because I’m always kind of unsure with ordering stuff online.
